I no longer want to be a party in this case, how do I withdraw?
Please fill out the Objection Withdrawal Form and send it to the Water Court by mail or email, and send a copy to each of the Compacting Parties listed on the form.
Who do I have to notify regarding changes in representation?
Changes in representation (including changes of attorneys, from represented to self-represented, or from self-represented to represented) must be served upon the Compacting Parties, and the attorneys and parties involved in the change of representation. Please file all changes in representation (with proof of service to all aforementioned relevant parties) to the main Compact Case (WC-0001-C-2021), and NOT the settlement cases.
Whose water rights are involved in the CSKT Compact?
This case only involves the reserved water rights described in the CSKT Compact and the Preliminary Decree. The case does not involve state-based water rights owned by any private party.
How can I change the address I receive mail at?
