Court Administration is responsible for providing information technology services to the judicial branch. In addition to supporting the many standard off-the-shelf office productivity tools in use within the Judicial Branch, the Information Technology Division is responsible for technical support, business process configuration, training, and support of the FullCourt v5 and FullCourt Enterprise case management systems in the District Courts and Courts of Limited Jurisdiction, support of jury management systems, support of the juvenile risk assessment system, configuration, training, and support of statewide electronic filing at all court levels, as well as development and support of the other various custom software systems in use within the Judiciary.

The Division, in cooperation with the Montana Department of Administration, provides e-mail services, anti-spam filter services, and security services to all judicial employees and contract employees and workstation and server operations/ maintenance for each information system. The State Law Library provides web site hosting for the state court web site.

Through the judicial branch help desk, judicial branch users can receive support, ask questions, and get problems resolved related to the information systems, software, and hardware they use.
