The Human Resources Department of the Montana Judicial Branch provides assistance and guidance to it's employees and supervisors. Its goal is to be a resource for all employees of the Judicial Branch. We provide support with all aspects of employment including: job descriptions, new hire resources, Family Medical Leave Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, and Branch Policies.

Human Resources also assists in the hiring process by managing applications and assisting applicants with questions. We provide assistance to hiring managers by helping to determine applicant qualifications, providing guidance during the interview process, and on-boarding newly hired employees.

Complaints of discrimination should be sent to Human Resources so a fair and impartial investigation into the complaint can be conducted. We assist and provide guidance involving any ADA or religious accommodation request that is received. We strive to provide an all-inclusive work environment for all Montanan Judicial Branch employees.

Whether an employee is new to the Branch, a long-term professional, or a supervisor, Human Resources can provide the guidance and resources needed.
