The Supreme Court case management system will be down between 6:30 AM and 8:00 AM Friday, March 6. During this time Supreme Court cases will not be available to view or file on in E-Filing.

RESOLVED 2PM - All Filings submitted to Missoula County District Court were successfully sent to the clerks office. Filings are now submitting successfully again.

Since approximately 3pm 1/26/25, E-Filings submitted to Missoula County District Court are not arriving at the clerks office. We are working on resolving the issue.

2:00 PM - The system is processing any submissions that were stuck due to the lock.

Due to a lock in the system, the E-Filing system will be offline for 5-10 minutes starting at 1:45PM.

We anticipate that once they have resolved the issue all emails will be sent or received.

12:30 PM - You may resume filing again. We will continue to monitor the system and post any updates. You may still experience random errors but majority of the submissions as of now are submitting successfully.

11:30 AM - Due to the number of filings being submitted currently the system is struggling to keep up with the submissions and is resulting in errors. 

We recommend temporarily halting attempts to resubmit filings at this time as our document processor catches up.

10:45 AM- E-Filing users are still experiencing intermittent errors with submissions. The system will be shut down at 10:45AM for approximately 10 minutes to try and resolve the issues.

Update 9:20 AM 1/22/26 - The E-Filing system is continuing to experience intermittent issues with the document processor resulting in filing errors and delays with uploading documents. We have reported this to our vendor to look into further.

Update 1:45 PM - E-Filing users are still experiencing intermittent errors with submissions. If you receive an error notification, please resubmit your filing. Majority of the submissions are successfully submitting.
