Program Structure: The Law Clinic is a Montana non-profit corporation with tax-exempt status. Applicants for services submit written applications. Acceptance for services is based on federal anti-poverty guidelines (150% of guidelines is the current cutoff). Accepted cases are referred to attorneys willing to handle cases at no charge. Limited scope representation is available. The Clinic also offers parenting plan education.
