You can use a Summary Dissolution of Marriage with Children Packet. Summary dissolution is a simplified process for people who have very few debts and very few assets, and who can agree on all of the terms of their divorce. Summary dissolution requires BOTH parties to appear at the divorce hearing, in part because both parties must waive their right to appeal the terms of the divorce in order to use this process. This packet includes instructions and all of the basic forms that you should need to complete your dissolution.
We do not have an electronic version of this packet that allows you to type your answers online. Instead, you must print the packet and fill it out by hand.
