Jury Instructions—Procedure for Reviewing Instructions

In reviewing jury instructions, we consider the instructions as a whole to determine whether they fully inform the jury of the law of the case, and we will not overturn a trial court's decisions in instructing a jury unless the court has abused its discretion.  Kenser v.
