Employment Discrimination

A district court's underlying findings of fact in employment discriminations actions are reviewed to determine whether they are clearly erroneous.  State Dep't of Natural Resources and Conservation v. Montana Power Co., 284 Mont. 59, 63, 943 P.2d 1251, 1254 (1997). See also Powers v. Interbel Tel.
