The Legal Services Developer Program (LSDP) is part of the Senior Long Term Care Division of DPHHS. The LSDP operates a legal advice hotline and provides legal support for seniors, age 60+, disabled adults, and enrolled Tribal members. The LSDP, through the Senior Defense Grant, hosts the Kelly Moorse Memorial Document Clinics throughout the state, at which eligible adults can work with a volunteer legal professional to draft their estate planning documents - including wills, Power of Attorney For Healthcare, Financial Power of Attorney, Homestead Exemptions, Living Wills, Transfer on Death Deeds, Indian wills, and more. This program is well-reviewed by volunteers and participants alike, with extremely high satisfaction ratings.
